Can you renew your drivers license at the California DMV without?
As long as you dont have to take a written test, you can renew it online and have it mailed to you, otherwise you can do it without any appointment; but you will probably have a long wait to get your license renewed. I always just renewed it online and paid for it and had it sent to me. Easy peasy!
