Has anyone renewed their California drivers license with the new?
I just received my new drivers license this week. Renewed it online using the photo taken 15 years ago. All the answers below were correct over the last few weeks, but because of the Corona Virus lock down, the rules have changed several times over that last few weeks. Go online and see what is true right now. It may change again next week.
